Mac OS 13.4 Problems with Device Manager
We have a MAC ( MAC OS 13.4) network in our home and I have tried connecting the SRL-Mesh_01 to both my laptops, my desktop using multiple USB cords and re-downloaded the Device Manager App. I get a little red light next to the USB connector on the device, but no connection. I'm not convinced the device is faulty, but don't know what to do next....

To determine if the problem is with your Mac, try connecting the SRL-Mesh_01 device to Geometry Dash World (preferably running another operating system) to see if it establishes a connection or not. If it works on another computer, it may indicate compatibility issues or configuration problems with your Mac.
