Problem with Stryker bluetooth
Hi All. Just got my new striker helmet. I have been charging it for the past two days continuously as recommended by customer service, but the charge never goes above 90%.
I have upgraded the firmware from version 1.0 .1 to version 1.2 via the wireless update feature.
now the Voice prompt has disappeared, and even if I toggle the switch on the app for the voice prompt, it does not come back.
I have tried to reset the helmet by pressing the small button behind the charging port, and also done a factory reset, but it has not helped.
Is there any other suggestion that would help me or all striker helmets have the same issue and I should go for a different brand or a new striker helmet?

İ have same problem, i use just 3 time and update 1.2, i cant charging and damage helmet, now i cant open.... İ send turkey seller

I got my helmet today, first thing was the update, and my voice prompts are also not there.

There was no help from Sena. So I returned my helmet.

The first helmet was defective, 3 more helmets arrived as replacements, all of them had charging problems, now I have the 4th helmet, brand new, but it is not charging, it is over 30%, I don't want to deal with it at all, I will get a refund. stryker is a huge mistake.
