sena 50s intermittent mesh communication volume

So i have been using 50s for about a year no issues . Suddenly last two rides whenever i am connected to mesh i can’t hear the other riders and i have to light bang the unit to hear the other riders , blue tooth volume seems to be fine and loud and once i touch the unit lightly and bang it everything starts to work please advice

  Hello Vishal, 
  
  Please make sure that the main module of your 50S securely slides onto and attached to the clamp. You should feel a noticeable "click" when it is securely attached. 
  
  

  You can also easily reset the unit by performing a Fault Rest if your headset is not working properly.
