I start to hate this device. I was thinking that for this money I will get something good :( . Please let me think I'm wrong :(

Hi All. I have an SRL2 Mesh and lost voice prompts after a firmware upgrade via WiFi. I just finished updating the firmware from 1.1.1 to 1.2 using the Sena Manager 4.4.4 using a USB cable. The voice prompts are back.

I have the same problem. Nothing helped: simple reset of the device, reset to factory settings, firmware reset and update. I turn on the device, it beeps twice for connection to phone and then... good bye. Did you hear/read something from Alex or sena support?

Mine device was exchanged for a new one

Same here. no voice command is working most of the time while standing still, let allone while riding. I have downloaded all the updates... 😖😖😖
