    Hello,

We apologize for the inconvenience you have encountered while submitting a ticket. Our team has been investigating this issue since Monday, and it appears that there are ongoing problems. I have personally raised the matter again to ensure that we address it as quickly as possible.

To assist you further, it would be helpful if you could provide us with some additional information. Firstly, please let us know which country you are located in or if you are based in the US. Additionally, if you can provide a copy of any vehicle code or law that states that flashing blue lights are illegal in your area, we can look into it and provide appropriate guidance.

If you require any further assistance, please don't hesitate to let me know. I am here to help.

    Best regards,

Every Bluetooth headset I have ever seen flashes blue. That tiny little light is not illegal for two reasons:

    1) The most important reason is that it is not visible 360 degrees.
    2) It’s not bright enough to draw attention from other drivers. Nobody in front of you or behind you will ever even notice. With the millions of Bluetooth headsets on the road, I have yet to hear of anyone ever getting pulled over because it was flashing blue. You worry too much.

Ever see brake light modulators? They flash your RED brake lights when you touch the pedal. They are even stock on some newer vehicles. They are also not going to ever get you arrested.
