Need help with resetting 50s after botched firmware update
My brother's 50s was disconnected during a software update.
it won't start now and the charging status light (next to where the cable attaches) is blinking red
Tried the paper clip reset, and can't do the factory reset because it won't start.
Don't have all the purchase info to get through Sena's help desk ticket submission process.
Any ideas to get the 50s to reboot to the point I can reload the software?

If you still have the device, I recommend retrieving it and submitting a ticket regardless of whether you have a receipt or not. We will investigate the matter further.

I received an inquiry from the help desk on this ticket 4 days ago and responded. I have heard nothing back on my response. Is it normal to wait many days between help desk interactions? Please let me know if 749408 is still being worked on. Thanks
