End Conversation does not work with pairing using the button
I'm writing here because your support agent is irritating me with useless stereotyped replies.
I hope a SENA technician will give me an adequate answer.
Numbers refer to user guide.
6.1.1 Using the Smart Intercom Pairing (SIP)
everything works fine, the end of the conversation is signaled with a single beep
6.1.2 Using the Button
the conversation starts regularly, but it is impossible to close it ("Press and hold the (-) Button for 1 second "), A DOUBLE BEEP IS HEARD, LOW IN TONE. The only way to close the connection is to TURN OFF the devices.
This is in contrast to points 6.2 of the manual AND unbearable to manage a trip with the intercom continuously active.
Did a factory reset on both units, no change.
