Intercom distorsion using audio overlay

Hi! Me and my friend recently bought the SF4 duo pack, we paired up and thought we were good to go. But as soon as we activated the audio overlay the voice is so heavily distorded we can barely talk. We then saw that there was a firmware update and plugged in to my PC and updated to v.1.1.5 and tried again with the same result. I contacted sena about this and they said to try a factory reset and try again. Although i got the answer to late and we couldt try it out because we live some miles apart. Today we tried again with our fresh reseted headsets, the voice is crystal clear and the music is perfect but as soon as we hit that audio overlay setting the distorsion is back and we sound like robots. Please tell me we are not the only ones experienceing this and please tell me there is a quick fix, it is just so annoying that there is so much Distorsion that we can barely hear each other since we are going on a week long roadtrip it would be so good if it works Please help us Best regards Alexander

  It's the same at the 30K ... Audio overlay is unusable. Thats really annoying!
