Before you proceed with the steps mentioned earlier, please ensure that your wifi adapter is connected to a power source. Then, take a paper clip and use it to perform a fault reset. Insert the paper clip into the small hole on the back of the wifi adapter and hold it until you see all three LED lights turn on. To address the issue you're facing, I recommend the following steps:
1. Connect your phone to the wifi adapter.
2. Once connected, press the gear icon located on the top right corner of the app and proceed to update the wifi adapter. Make sure it's on version 1.12, as version 1.6 is the older firmware.
3. After completing the wifi adapter update, connect the wifi adapter to your 50S while it's powered off.
4. Press the gear icon again and disable the "auto firmware update" option.
5.
