SC2 remote battery keeps going dead
I have two Shuberth helmets with SC2 systems. One helmet is 3 months old and on the original remote battery. The other helmet is less than a month old and is already on the 3rd battery in the remote. Why are the batteries going dead so quickly?

Hi Craig Harris
If your device is still under warranty, please submit a ticket and we will assist you with the issue.

Regarding the remote battery, it's likely not dead, but you might need to perform a fault reset. Hold down the +, center, and - buttons simultaneously to initiate the fault reset. The red light in the center should illuminate to indicate the reset. After that, you can press the center button to turn it back on.
If you need further help, feel free to ask!

Thank you for the response. We tried this both before and after the last battery died. The battery died days after doing the reset. After the battery died the remote would not respond to any input until we replaced the battery.
I will submit a ticket and see what happens.

Did you ever get a solution mine does the same? Using a battery every couple of days. Been back under warranty twice and Sena says nothing wrong with it. Now don’t use the remote as fed up buying batteries
