Smart intercom lagging Sena 50s
Hello,
a friend and I have both purchased the SENA 50s.
Unfortunately we have the problem that when we are connect connected with smart intercom the connection at the beginning (for the first 50 seconds) is
is very good.
After these seconds the connection is very bad. The voices are very choppy, so we can't understand each other.
Also, when we are directly opposite each other, the connection remains equally bad.
When we are in open mesh, the quality is fine.
Both Sena have the latest firmware, as well as the latest app version on the smartphones.
Does anyone know how we can fix this problem?

If you haven't tried this yet, I recommend giving it a shot. Additionally, we're curious to know which microphones you ultimately chose to use.
Remember, correct microphone installation is crucial. In the case of wired microphones or wired boom microphones, a pinched mic wire could be causing the choppiness you described. Also, ensure that the clamp is securely fastened to the 50S device.
On a related note, do you happen to have the Harmon Kardon feature? This version includes a high-definition microphone that's omnidirectional, in contrast to the standard microphone which needs to face a specific direction.
