Musik stoppt bei offenem Klapphelm

Hallo

wenn der Klapphelm offen ist, stoppt die Musik bei meinem S50 sobald man losfährt. Bei geschlossenem Helm stoppt die Musik dagegen nicht. Hat jemand eine Idee, wo der Fehler in den Einstellungen liegen kann?

  are you saying on your helmet the music shuts off when you raise the front of it? what brand helmet do you have? the only thing i can think of is the that the vox intercom is triggering the music to stop, so you can disable vox intercom via the device manager or sena app to see if that helps.

  Hi. Its a shuberth c3 pro and yes. Music shuts off when I raise the front.

  I just updated one of my two Sena 50s and am having a similar issue. I just accidentally updated the second one which was still on 2.2 the issue I am having is when I start my music before I get on the bike everything works properly. The moment I get on my bike and begin to ride, the noise from the motor, wind, etc makes the Bluetooth cut in and out continuously to where I essentially can’t hear anything. I’ve tried adjusting settings to either low or completely off but nothing works

  For all who are also interested in this issue: I switched off the voice control. That worked.
