30K-03 cannot connect to mobile phone and the SR-10 at the same time
phone BT on at all times and set to "calls only"
30K firmware - 30K-v4.1-build3
SR-10 firmware - v 1.0
1. SR-10 off, turn 30K on - phone OK
2. Turn 30K off, turn SR-10 on, turn 30K on - SR-10 connects as "phone", phone does not connect - SR-10 OK
3. Turn SR-10 off, recycle power on 30K - phone connect OK
4. 30K on, phone connected, turn SR-10 on - SR-10 will not connect. (Solid blue for a few minutes, then Blue Flashing Every 2 Seconds)
BT Intercom Audio Multitasking on/off makes no difference.
Updated SR-10 firmware to SR10-v1.2 - turning of SR-10 causes phone to connect properly w/o having to recycle power on the 30K
Conclusion: Cannot use phone & SR-10 at the same time because they connect incorrectly (phone = media, SR-10 = phone). To use phone, turn off SR-10. To use SR-10 again, turn off 30K and then turn on SR-10.
This workaround worked one time but not again: Turn on 30K first, wait for phone to properly connect, then turn on SR-10, SR-10 blue LED is solid blue then blue is flashing every 2 seconds.

Hello,
Make sure to forget all Bluetooth pairings on your 30K and on your phone as well. The 30K also has something called "Last-Come, First-Serve," which is probably what's causing your issue. So you have to repair each time.
Here's how to forget pairing on the 30K:
1. Hold the jog dial until you hear "Configuration menu."
2. Turn the jog dial until you hear "Forget pairing."
3. Press the phone button to confirm.
4. Restart the device and proceed with the pairing procedure.Because the 30K-0X models are single BT chip devices, they can only pair with one phone device at a time. What I mean by this is that the SR-10 acts as a phone device to communicate with the 30K-0X models to enable the two-way radio function via the phone. This means you'll lose the ability to have your phone paired directly to the 30K-0X.
However, there is a small workaround if you are simply using your phone as a media device. In this case, you can pair it via the media chip portion using the guide below:
Start with phone selective pairing for the SR10.
then do media selective for your phone, for music.
What this will allow is for your PTT function to still work with your two-way radio, and you can listen to music via your phone. However, you won't have full phone function, meaning phone calls won't be transmitted to your headset. It will disconnect to allow you to make the call directly on your phone, and then it should automatically reconnect to your devices afterward.
So, with the method above, you retain the SR10 connection for PTT/2-way radio and music listening functions.
