Can the SMH5 be used on a SMH10 headset?

I have 2 headsets that I use with my SMH10. What I want to know is if I purchase a SMH5 will I have to change out the headsets or can the headsets be used with either device?

  SMH5's intercom will be compatible with all Sena's intercom systems (SMH10, SMH10 Snowmobile, SPH10, SPH10S). However, operating distance will be limited to SMH5's range which is far shorter than all other Sena intercom systems.
