Not able to find Sena SMH10 with otther bluetooth devices

I have owned the Sena unit for 18 months and had a Phone, iPod connected via bluetooth. I added the GPS (Navman) and found the phone didnt ring inside the helmet, I could anser and talk OK just couldnt hear it ringing. I have now carried out the factory default reset and now I cant find the SenaSMH10 on either the phone or the iPod when carrying out a scan. I have carried out the reset using the paper clip all to no result.

Any suggestions

  Did you remove the 'Sena' from all the devices & then reconnect (pair) to each device again.
