How long does it take for Sena to answer a trouble ticket?

I have a SM10 troble ticket that has been waiting to be assigned for 6 days now, which I think is ridiculous.  Maybe I should just return it and chalk it up to poor customer service.

   Repair ticket? First, understand that Sena Does NOT repair. Sena only REPLACES. Take a look at how often THIS forum is replied to by Sena!

  This forum doesn't even merit a LINK from the forums page! We all had to use the SEARCH to get here!
