I am attempting to download the device manager to my computer. I am running Windows 10 (64 bit). When I attempt to install the program, Norton Antivirus is reading it as a malicious program and not allowing it to install. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Gerd Hamburger This issue appears to be on your firewall (Norton 360) software since your security settings are high and will not allow any 3rd party software to install without you permitting it to.
You will need to access your Norton settings and permit/allow Sena software to be installed.the Support Team send me this answer, it Work well now. Thank you
This basic Google search may help you troubleshoot your antivirus software program to accept the Sena:
