How do you access Siri with the 10C?

I can't figure out how to trigger Siri so as to dictate a message, initiate a call, play iTunes library, etc.  Or have notifications of messages/email/calls come to/thru the 10C.  Anyone have success with these?  If so, how?

  I don't know about the rest of it, but I was formally having trouble getting Siri to place a call when I hit the 20s phone button.

  I now have the answer to the problem. Just got off Chat with Apple Support.

  The key is General>Reset>Reset All Settings

  This is different than Rebooting. Reset solves the problem. Reboot doesn't.

  The un-pair and re-pair your phone. After hitting the 20s phone button, you should see a different screen that says, "Voice Control" instead if the black Siri screen that doesn't work.

  @Jonathan: Tapping the Phone Button once on the 10C will trigger Siri on the iPhone.
