Sena Unit Separating
Anyone else experienced this issue where the Sena 20S unit itself separates at the seal as a result of the screw breaking at the pointed end of the unit? I have had this occur on two, now three units. I have also had to replace the mounts for all three of my units due to the plastic latch. It seems as if they finally got the poorly designed latch fixed by a redesign to metal. I have to admit for the amount of money you spend on these units, the number of returns is absolutely irresponsible, at best.
Honestly, I am fed up with the returns. I've had the units just under two years and I have had to return all three mounts and two units.
Unacceptable and Sena should be willing to compensate us for poor designs.
