Always Conference Mode?

Hi, We love our four SMH 10s for their full duplex conference feature which we use as our key communication tool when docking or manoeuvring our yacht. There are a few specialist competitors products in the market doing this but we think the SMH 10s are best. It would be great if there was a mode that meant you could pick up any headset at any time, switch it on and know you are connected to all others that are live. Currently we have to sequentially 'build a network' every time we use them and they must all be in the same place for this fiddly chore to happen. Thanks.
