Create a remote control with motorbike glove friendly buttons that can mount on a RAM ball.
The handlebar remote is frankly dangerous when mounted on the left hand grip, it obstructs the horn, signal and passing switches and moves when operated thus risking obstructing the clutch lever,
Although the wrist mounted remote could be used attaching it somehow to the bike it would still be a bit of a bodge.
It would be much better to have a separate remote unit with larger glove friendly buttons that mounted on a 25mm ram ball (for instance). That would give you the option of mounting on the handlebars, the centre stock or elsewhere on the bike. if you used a similar adaptor you could use the same unit for the wrist mounted or even mount it on a console panel inside the fairing, surely having only one unit to support and develop would reduce your costs?

I use the Sena handlebar remote and find it easy to operate. Try moving the remote at different angles. Also, it works best if you push it from the side using your thumb.

Of course it works, that's not my point.
You can't change the angle because then it would foul the clutch lever.
It also obstructs the left hand controls, I have large hands and even I can't reach round it to use indicators etc without taking my hand off the grip. I think bike controls take precedence over intercom controls.
My headset failed after six months, luckily Amazon replaced it but the replacement included a remote control that wouldn't work at all- it wouldn't charge and wouldn't turn on. Luckily Amazon's customer service is superb - lessons to be learnt here?

In the mean time, it's possible to remove the straps of the Wristband Remote and attach it to a flat surface on your bike using the hook and loop fasteners that are included in the package or you can use something like the 25mm Ball Flat Surface Adapter with a ball mount to attach that remote to the handlebars of your bike. With our latest remote, the RC3 http://www.sena.com/product/rc3/, you can attach it to a curved surface on a bike or you can clip it onto your motorcycle clothing.

Hi Chris, I have a handlebar mount remote not a wristband (that's what came with the intercom) and for the costs involved I'm not likely to change for what would still be a compromise.The fact it's curved will make it harder to mount on to a ram ball adaptor but may be possible with the double side tape (I have to say that i'm not a fan of sticky tape fixings on motorbikes - too easy for things to be stolen or fall off through water/vibration)
I agree the upcoming RC3 looks a lot more useful but the website suggests clipping it on your right sleeve - which seems to encourage more risky hands off the handlebar contortions!
Is the centre button the equivalent of the joystick?
The pairing guide only mentions the 20S will it work with a 10U?
