20S Ambient mic change?
I just updated to the latest firmware, and after that, the little button that previously activated the ambient mic now is the same as the double tap on the unit.
Was that intentional?
I looked in the utility to see if there was a configurable option for that button, but didn't see anything.

single tap brings up the voice command now. Easier than trying to tap the helmet previously

Yes, that was intentional as it is noted on the release list for the v1.2 firmware.

Would be nice if that was a configurable option via the software.
I preferred it the way it was originally, but I can see where some might want to change it.

I preferred when that button was used only for ambient mode.
Would be possible to change its behavior, depending on the motion sensor state?
- Actual behavior if the motion sensor is NOT active (single clic for voice commands, double clic for ambient mode).
- Previous behavior if the motion sensor is active (single clic for ambient mode).

For me the whole thing is getting a little complicated to use as it is without having to remember one click when in standby and two clicks when active. A quick double click in all circumstances is pretty easy for me given my limited abilities and from a safety consideration.

@Ken, I didn't talk about "standby". My idea is based on how you pre-configure your motion sensor, then the ambient button behavior will not change anymore.
Otherwise a dedicated option would also be nice too, like @Aaron suggests.

so.....how do I activate Ambient Mode?

Ambient mode is now activated by double tapping the Ambient mode button.
