Pairing with a Phone (Galaxy s5)
Last year I paired my Gs5 just fine. Since then I replaced this phone with another Gs5 and am having trouble pairing. I set the device to pairing mode and look for it on my phone but nothing shows up. I tried pairing it to a second mobile device and my phone sees and connects with the device. However it only connects to the phone and not the audio on the phone so I can not play music through the Sena device. Does anyone know if there is something I can do to make the device show up on my phone during the primary pairing sequence and make sure it will connect to the audio too. Thanks

Please delete the 20S from your Samsung Galaxy S5 in the Bluetooth settings. Next, perform a Factory Reset on the 20S (refer to the User's Guide on how to perform a Factory Reset). Then pair the 20S to the Galaxy S5 using Mobile Phone pairing.

I tried that. My phone still does not find Sena during the primary phone pairing. I'll try it again though. 0
