Siri commands stopped working. Factory reset didn't help
The Sena stopped recognizing voice commands through Siri (iPhone 5s). I didn't upgrade my firmwaren, it happened
after I updated my iPhone.
In this thread someone had the same problem as me:
I now updated the firmware to 1.5, did a factory reset, deleted it from my bluetooth list on the iPhone, but it still does not
execute my commands. When I for example want to call someone it just captures the text on the screen, but does not execute
like Siri does when you are using the iPhone without the Sena.

I now have the answer to the problem. Just got off Chat with Apple Support.
The key is General>Reset>Reset All Settings
This is different than Rebooting. Reset solves the problem. Reboot doesn't.
The un-pair and re-pair your phone. After hitting the 20s phone button, you should see a different screen that says, "Voice Control" instead if the black Siri screen that doesn't work.
