Intercom Failing on Paired devise with Pillion

We have a paired set of 20s NEW, running 1.6

Our Problem is We loose connection and this can be after a minuet or 15 minuets, Tap button and it connects again them drops off again at unpredictable times .

We have tried resets 

 We have  tested in the following ways, No Sat nav, With motion sensor Off and on a different Bike Same problem intermittent disconnect from 1 minute to 15 minutes never longer than 15 minutes , This is not good.

Sad,, as when working it is perfect for our use.

Any Ideas please
