No commands in music mode?

Hi folks, 

Got my 20S the other day and am enjoying being able to listen to the radio on the way to work every day. 

However I am not sure if I have missed something or if something is wrong.. when I am listening to the radio, she ignores me completely!   If I wanted to be ignored,  I'd go and talk to my teenage daughter!  'next'/'stop'/'cancel'/'previous'/'hello sena' - nothing works except double tapping the unit or helmet (yes I know some of those commands won't work, I was just trying everything).   

She also won't answer telephone calls - no matter how much I yell at her.  

I've upgraded her to the latest firmware and I've tried these both on the motorbike and off with no difference.. am I doing something wrong?

  I also cannot say anything during radio or music playing. Is this by design? Surely not.

  From step 1 on page 28 of the user guide it states " Lastly, you can say, “Hello Sena” during standby mode." as the only way that doesn't require a tap or key press, so it is by design, and it completely defeats the purpose of having voice commands if you listen to music. 

  Even being able to activate voice commands by simple VOX (shout or blow on mic.) would be useful.

  @Belot77: Yes. The "Hello Sena" voice command can only be used during Standby Mode. You would need to activate the voice command system by double tapping the main unit twice or tapping once on the Ambient Mode Button on the bottom of the clamp kit while listening to music or the radio.

  Why not give us the option to turn "standby mode" or voice control on or off? I understand you may have not done it due to battery life, but Scala allows voice control during music playback, and its one of its best features.
