Answer phone call while listening to FM

I am having trouble answering a phone call while listening to a FM radio station. Pushing the phone button simply changes the radio preset instead of answering the call.

  Pushing the Phone Button while hearing the ring tone inside your headset should answer the phone. If not then you can also tap the Jog Dial once to answer the phone call.
