I have problems with my sena 50s device because it does not turn on, I made all the procedure from the support page without successful results, I have open the case 789466 in which the person told me that I will make the change of the device and you need to confirm with me and that I should pay the shipping since I am in Colombia (I made the purchase on amazon).
