(sena srl2 neotec2) opening problem

My Sena intercom device, of which I use the current version, is not working. I am writing the problem in order... I press the + sign and the middle button, it turns on, I hear the preparing headset sound, the blue light flashes once and the intercom turns off automatically.

  Same here! Happens since I upgraded to v1.0.9. Anyone found a solution yet?
