This is ridiculous, product quality and lack of support, with Shoei involved???

Bought SRL3, SRL-Mesh for Shoes Air GTs plus 50S dual intercom. Total 4 intercoms to be able to talk and listen to radios on the trips. Watched test videos, read many positive reviews, trusted Sena website and that's all is a piece of ... How come that intercoms for this high price don't deliver even a fraction of promises? Intercom range, one unit to second should be about 2km, where we are struggling to speak just over 400m? SRL3 to SRL-MESH. Voice breaks, can't hear? This is even worse with 50S units. Below that range the voice is very clear, but I bought it to be able to talk when we get separated by traffic lights etc. Radio, constant dropouts, noise, etc. surprisingly worse than my 10 year old Interphone. The icing on the cake is the lack of support from Sena, ticket unanswered for a week now. We spend almost 1200€ for these so called high end products.Sena supported by Shoes. How come we got so crappy product? Strongly recommend to reconsider your choice if you want to buy it. Friend of mine just rip off and threw away his piece during the ride. That much got upset. Waste of your money, time and unnecessary frustration.

  I sold all of my SENA products and switched to the other major brand.  Best move I've ever made.
