Sena refusal of warranty claim on faulty SENA 50C
Bought a Sena 50C back in Sept 2023. Unit hasn’t been working fine ranging from poor battery life, short video recording time, and poor Bluetooth communication with other riders (just to name three of the issues). Reported to Sena team about it and they asked for the receipt showing prove of purchase. As the unit was purchased online from 24MX website, I showed them the order confirmation from 24MX along with the PayPal prove of payment to 24MX. They rejected this saying this isn’t the receipt. I am totally disappointed with such a dishonesty company. What other form of receipt should a company need when it is an item bought online? The order confirmation has clearly shown the item I bought was the Sena 50C. Sena please give me an official reply!
