sena really so shit?
I bought an Impulse helmet. The wifi module is faulty. Sena just pull the time, I reckon they dont want to replace. Is anyone experienced this? Customer support is very lazy.
That was the last time I bought sena product.

Hello,
We usually tend to replace defective items under warranty. For example, as of today's date, June 20, 2024, items bought on or before June 20, 2022, would either be out of warranty or today would be the last day. If the device has Harmon Kardon, then the warranty would end on June 20, 2025.
If you have already submitted a ticket, please provide your ticket number here, or respond to the new ticket I made with your old ticket number, and I'll be glad to see what's going on.
For the Impulse, also make sure you are plugged into the magnet charger connected to a wall outlet and not your desktop or laptop, as they won't provide enough power. Do not attempt to update via the Sena Device Manager, as it could potentially brick the device. This update should be done via Wi-Fi using the Sena phone app.
