    Hello,

because the 50 series device only house 1 Bluetooth chip, it can only do one or the other, so when you share music, you will have to re-establish the intercom connection.

On other devices that have 2 Bluetooth chips, they are able to do both as each chipset is not held up by another process.

when music sharing, it takes over the "hands free profile" that basically the intercom uses to communicate.

Thank you for your answer. in the meantime, however, I discovered something that creates even more confusion now that I reread your answer... in fact I discovered that if I connect both helmets to my mobile phone via Bluetooth, I can transmit music simultaneously to both my helmet and that of the my girlfriend, and at the same time talk using the intercom. I activated the multitasking setting in both helmets and now, while listening to music in the background, we can simultaneously talk simply using our voice, and without having to press any buttons. So from this I understand that the system can communicate with another helmet while receiving music information from another bluetooth device.
