SRL-Mesh Problems transmitting/recieving
Hi, we own 2 SRL-mesh for the Shoei-helmets, have had them for a couple of months.
We are experiencing problems with the bluetooth transmitting between the two. It can stop at anytime and then is silent for some time, from under a minute to several minutes, before starting to work again completely beyond our control.
We have checked, and the latest software is installed in both units.
This happens regardless how far apart we are, from a few meters/5-10 feet to longer distances, it can also occur in the middle of a sentence, so I don't think it's related to mic/voice sensitivity.
This is very frustrating! Initially we felt the mesh technique worked better, but we had problems with 'ghost sounds' and decidied to use the bluetooth in stead, and initially it worked fine, but it has now started having these plroblems and we don't know how to solve this.
Anyone else have had problems like this, and how did you resolve it?

I have this helmet and I regret the purchase of both the Shoei and sena. I had HJC rpha 90 and that was more comfortable and easier to get on and off due to it being an opening helmet. I thought it would be less wind noise in the fullface, but I was wrong. The srl have been ok with connections but I have problems with ok Google. I hear the initial beep but that's it.. The Assistant dont execute the command, nor say anything. I have tried to get help with it, but you clearly have experienced Sena's support.
I have bought a new HJC rpha and I will find a good deal on a cardo unit if my old bold doesn't want to ride anymore. I highly recommend cardo before sena and probably others before sena. Intercom is expensive so I don't want to gamble with another brand when I had no problem with cardo. Hope you find a good solution!0
