Sena Pi can’t remember phone it was paired too!

Sena Pi paired to phone, but when I turn it off and then come back to use it again, it goes into phone pairing mode! I’ve check my Bluetooth settings on my iPhone, and the Sena Pi is still on the pairing list. It has the latest firmware, so does mean it’s faulty, why can’t it remember my phone pairing?
