    Hello,

    You were correct to try the fault reset, but that is the only hardware reset button available on the device. The most recent firmware update addressed battery-related issues caused by incorrectly written code regarding the LiPo battery size—meaning affected devices would power off fore example: after 30 minutes instead of 8 hours because the firmware incorrectly recognized only 30 minutes of battery life. However, in your case, this appears to be a hardware-related issue since the device no longer holds a charge or powers on.

    Based on what you described, this seems to be a battery issue. Since you've only used the unit 10-12 times, the battery may have deteriorated due to prolonged periods of constant charging or being in a 0-energy state. Unfortunately, LiPo batteries degrade over time, especially if left with 0 charge for long periods, which can cause the internal cells to dry out which also happens when left on a charger for long periods of time.
