Can’t register new 60S

I’ve tried to register my 60S using an iPhone, Chrome, Firefox and Edge. In every instance I get a “this field is not a valid format” message on the phone number field, the email field and the web address field for the seller. What’s wrong?

  Hello,

  We are aware of this issue, but don't be alarmed—you don’t need to register your device at this moment. As long as you have the serial tag on the back of your device, we can use it to verify warranty-related matters.
