Firmware update to 1.1.5 SRL Neotech 2
I am trying to update my SRL Neotech 2 helmet firmware to V1.1.5
with the helmet switched off and connected to a MacBook
I an guided through the device manager up to the point of Device recognised successfully ready for firmware update
I press next and I press new device
I press next
I press next is says ready for device recognition
I press next and it says cannot connect to server
I am stuck in a loop of not being connected to server
can you give me a simple step by step method of updating my firmware and helmet as well as sending me a link to get me to the correct firmware download if necessary

I have never been able to update the SRL-MESH headset in my Neotec 2 using the device manager and connecting the helmet to a computer. I have tried both a Mac and Windows machine. The ONLY way I can update my helmet headset is using the WIFI method using the WIFI cable that was included with my headset and using the SENA Communications software in my iPhone.
