Excessive Interference Noise S20

Snap, Crackle Pop and some glass breaking.   SENA do you have a fix for this when paired either 1-1 or with other 20S riders?  Need to have a fix now as it is distracting and annoying when tying in more than one rider.  Tried contact cleaning and Boom mic change- does not work.  HELP!!!

  It could be a poor connection between the Headset Main Unit (20S) and the Universal Helmet Clamp. Make sure the pins and connectors are clean and are in good contact. You can usually tell if the crackling stops when you push the 20S down against the connectors of the helmet clamp. 

  Also, make sure all of your antennae are up! Makes a huge difference! 

  If that doesn't solve the problem, try hitting the reset button on the 20S with a thin paperclip. See "Fault Reset" in your manual.
