30K is a bust...

I used the 30k dual set to ride to sturgis rally this past week and had nothing but problems. the units kept disconnecting and shutting off. We tried both intercom and mesh and both would shut off periodically for no reason. When the units worked I could hear my passenger well but they couldn't hear me unless i was screaming. My friend has the 20s and has no issues. I'd like to return this piece of junk for the 20s. I was also at the Harley dealer in Rapid City and spoke to the person at the Sena booth and he agreed that the 30k was junk. he has heard nothing but complaints and your company didn't send a technical person to the booth.... how lame.

  I just bought the 20S EVO Dual...these are no good either.  It says the range is 1.2 miles...once we were .3-.4 miles apart, in a straight path...lost reception.  Very disappointed.
