I have a Sena 20S and use a BMW Navigator IV. I have my Samsung Note 8 paired as Phone 1 and use it for Music and Phone calls. I have the Navigator IV paired as GPS. This configuration is supposed to allow me to keep music and intercom open even when the GPS is giving voice updates. This is not happening. Any activity on the GPS such as voice updates or any interaction with it causes the music or intercom to blank out, I have followed the direction but am I missing something in the configuration?

Anyone else has this issue and worked through it?
