Good day customer service. It’s now been 8 weeks since I reported my problem to you. I have to assume that at this point you are no longer interested in resolving my problem. I will look to your competitors for a better product and support. I will also be sure to let all know that you are not interested in supporting your products after the sale. Very disappointing,

So far I have yet to see anyone from Sena answer a question or anything else on these boards, we are on our own........

Are there any other brands that last longer than the Sena 10? I bought one new a couple years ago and didn't use it for about a year and now the battery will not hold a charge, and the battery cannot be replaced.
