Sena Device Manager only recognizes one of my 10S dual pack

I downloaded an installed the Sena Device Manager and updated the firmware on one of the two Sena 10S in my dual pack. I cannot get the second 10S device to be recognized by the Device Manager. I have closed and re-opened the program. rebooted the PC. It's not the USB cable because both USB cables work with the first 10S unit. I can repeatedly connect the one 10S unit and it is consistently recognized but the second unit fails to be recognized.

Is there something wrong with the second unit?

  Chris,

  Try hitting the reset switch in the back of the 10s unit. And make sure it is has some charge on the battery.
