I have an SMH10R 5.1.2 paired with an iPhone 8, and I am able to listen to music, answer calls, and etc. However, the My Sena app (Sena Utility v2.8) does not see the device connected. I've tried re-pairing, reinstalling, rebooting, re-flashing, and probably a few other "re-" things but to no avail. Has Sena stopped supporting the SMH10R on their app?

Kelvin I too have struggled with this driver issue for ages. I have not been able to update all of my SMH10R's even on the previous variants. The problem is that the USB driver for the device is not signed/recognised by/for Windows 10. There are some work arounds suggested on the internet but some of these are not suitable for my machine as it will compromise other applications and permissions. I was really hoping that Sena would have sorted this issue out for this update. I note that our SMH10R's are not on the list of affected products (with regards to IoS 13).
This issue is well documented and has been around for some time now. Sena are aware of it. Although I love my Sena units, I cannot see myself staying with Sena in future purchases of intercoms as this lack of customer support is just not acceptable to me.
Use and enjoy your SMH10's while they work. At the end of their life, research alternative brands.
