Hello all, I am trying to update the firmware on my 20s. I have new computers so I downloaded the latest device manager from SENA site and when I open the Device Manager and connect my powered off 20s it says it is unrecognized. I have tried this on 2 different Macbook Airs (Mojava) and 3 different Windows 10 laptops and get the same result. I do not have the original USB Cable.

jrmarks7 same! I can't use the intercom either. Sucks on rides!! especially for $260 price tag. You'd think it would work seamless. Beyond frustrated!

Johnsutherin I tried a 4th pc and an new usb cable and I finally was able to get the firmware installed. They did not make that easy for me.
