SENA DONT WORK WITH IOS 13

Sena App on IOS13 does not have any fields to make adjustments to the 30K headset and it does not show the firmware my headset is running. Sena customer service is all but non existent. Why can’t I simply get someone to call me back or at least talk to me about it when I have them on the phone. I’ve heard we’ll have someone call you back 3 times now in over a week. This is horrible!
