Sena 30K No sound at all, even no voice
Newly bought product,
Installed correctly, checked the wires and everything. Speaker plug is nicely plugged in. Should work but I hear nothing... .
The only thing I find odd is that when attaching it to the helmet unit I hear no click or whatever... . Is that correct?
Anyone has had this experience and could offer a solution? Help :-)

Solved it! You can close it. The little bolts were too tight. Loosening the a little made the unit click onto the clamp unit. ffffjiew, who knew...
