20s powering off
I was out the other day on my Harley, with full charged Sena 20s's. We had no music going through, only the intercom. Several times my wife's 20s just shut off on it's own. This happened the week before. I am not sure why it just shuts down. Any ideas, let me know.

Make sure you have the latest firmware version installed. Besides that, it may be the battery has reached end of life. And if you're a DIYer, you can buy the battery on Amazon and replace it yourself, just search for YT vids for it. My 20S has been revived and the battery now lasts 8+ hrs again on long rides versus the less than an hour that it did just a few weeks ago.
