Wind Noise Software Improvement
The Sena product is largely lagging the Cardo product in the area of wind noise reduction. Please improve your algorithm to be on par with your biggest competitor. The following YouTube video shows the real-life difference between your two systems. I know from experience as I have 2 Sena units (20S and 50S) on different helmets and each are regularly interrupted by wind noise on other 20S, 20EVO, 30K and 50S units while riding.

Wind Noise Cancellation- 5:00 min mark thru 7:05 min mark

I also am looking for improved noise cancellation. My wife and I run 30K units and cannot find a sensitivity setting where the mics are not open all the time. This defeats the ability to listen to music or other audio sources. I was hoping the 50S units would be a leap forward. From your comments it does not appear that they are much better than the 30K.

I can't tell any difference between models. I think they all run the same noise cancelling algorithm. If the microphone is near a wind source (vent, shield edge, etc.), then you can expect noise. If you watch the YouTube video, you'll see how much better the Cardo product deals with wind compared to the Sena. Sena just needs to improve their algorithm.

something to check is if the microphone is oriented properly. The boom microphone has a little tab on the plastic on one side just below the windsock and it needs to be pointed directly away from your face and the microphone up close to your mouth. The noise cancellation is dependent on the microphone being in the proper orientation. Occasionally, with heavy crosswinds, I get wind noise but otherwise it is silent for the most part.

From the video it is impossible to see what the microphone's orientation is and if not placed properly will give a false result. Better to show the microphone properly mounted on a rider in the proper orientation and driven along the same section of road to give a proper comparision

I just verified that my microphone is oriented as you describe. I have a modular helmet (Shoei) with the boom mic mounted on the side of my helmet, so the mic is always in front of my mouth. When I raise the chin bar, the mic is in the wind stream. My experience is exactly as reflected in the video. At about 45 mph and higher, significant wind noise. I also get significant wind noise in a cross wind. I changed my voice sensitivity from default level 3 down to level 2 and that helped, but didn't solve the problem.

my 30 k HD version cuts out constantly I lose intercom and Bluetooth music repeatedly so often the unit is worthless !000 dollar investment in the Harley set and would be better with two cans and a string

Using 50r , in ur group we have 30k and 50 s too
Same problem, we hear wind noice all the time from drivers who use open face helmets.....
Come on Sena.....do something ....we expect from a long time
