customer service is terrible to non existent......slow response time and they are not willing to take care of customer concerns. They are actually one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with

Hi, I have a 3 year old Sena 10S so out of warranty. problem with mine is that the battery load function does not work anymore. Since I have 2 units I could by swapping parts and measuring the voltage over the battery find out that the problem lies with the 'mother board" and not with the small board the battery is connected to. I contacted Sena, but they do not want to sell me just the defect board. When it is out of warranty you have to buy a new one although its very easy to replace any parts within the Sena 10s. Very disappointing!
